Can Niimbu handle Nigerian school fee collection?
Yes. Niimbu supports termly and sessional fee structures per class. Parents pay tuition, PTA levies, WAEC, NECO and JAMB fees into your Niimbu account. The system records each payment against the student, class and term, so outstanding balances are always visible.
Does Niimbu handle staff payroll for schools?
Yes. Teaching and non-teaching staff can be paid in a single run. NIIT, pension contributions, cooperative deductions and PAYE are calculated automatically. Payslips are generated and payments are made from the same account, so payroll is not a separate task.
How do WAEC and NECO fee collections work?
Exam fees are set up as a fee item under the relevant class. Parents pay and the system tracks collection against the total required. When it is time to remit to WAEC or NECO, the amount is recorded and the submission is logged with the receipt.
